Collaboration that fits

Meet people you’ll genuinely want to collaborate with

Shared interests are not enough. The best collaborations come from complementary strengths and working styles that fit. Conscious Gnome helps you see what someone brings, what helps them do their best work, and how you might work well together — even before you reach out.

Peer support

Here, asking for help is normal

Working on a project that could use some help? Give your Vision airtime, name what would help to move it forward, and invite the village to step in.

I’m finding my way and need someone beside me.

A steady guide who walks alongside you over time.

I need a sounding board to shape a rough idea.

A small circle reflects it back and sharpens it.

I’m stuck on one thing and need an expert answer.

Focussed, one-off guidance from real expertise.

I need an introduction to the right people.

Someone opens their network and points you toward aligned people and projects.

I could use some hands-on help, side by side.

A peer shares their craft with you directly — working through it together

I keep stalling and need someone to keep me on track.

Regular check-ins and encouragement to stay on track.

Name what would help. Let the village come forward.

I’m glad you’re here.

Finishing a facilitator training can leave you feeling unsettled. You meet people you immediately imagine co-creating with, but once everyone goes home, those connections may easily fade.

You are full of energy and ideas, while also unsure what comes next. I don’t know about you, but I often felt disappointed in myself for not knowing how to turn that momentum into something real. The truth is, finding the right opportunities is not easy.

Conscious Gnome is the professional village I wished existed. A place where facilitators can showcase their work, organisers can find the right people for their events, and peer co-creation can grow into real projects.

The more easily we find one another, the more meaningful ideas and transformative experiences have a chance to become real.

We’re early, and we’re growing Profile by Profile, Calling by Calling. If you’re here now, you’re helping shape what this village becomes.

Thank you.

— Miriam
